We process your order between two and five labour days since the payment is effective.
We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post with standard shipping option. It usually takes from one to two weeks to deliver within the EU and from three to six weeks outside the EU. More info about rates and options at shipping policy.

+ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
​EME OM accepts returns within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

The item must be in the same condition as purchased, and you are responsible for all shipping costs.
We do not accept returns for refunds.
Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable.
