These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between you and Eme Om, via our online store at www.emeom.com.

Conflicting or deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing. 

A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. 

A business is any natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their commercial or professional activity.

+ Conclusion of contract

The products shown in our online store are an invitation to place an order and do not constitute a binding offer.

By placing an order and clicking “Purchase”, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected items.

Your order becomes a contract once we confirm it by email or dispatch your order.

Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct and that you are able to receive messages from us.

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately at checkout.

We may update the prices shown in our online store at any time and without prior notice.

As the value of raw material can fluctuate on the international market, prices may change. This may also apply to made-to-order or customised pieces before your order is confirmed.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price shown when the contract is concluded.

Payment is due immediately once the purchase contract has been concluded.

+ Retention of title

​

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

+ Warrany

​

For private customers, the statutory warranty period is two years from the date of delivery. For business customers, the warranty period is one year from the date of delivery.

Signs of normal wear, natural changes to the materials such as tarnishing, improper use or care, and damage caused by external factors are not considered manufacturing defects.

+ Made to order

​

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces made specifically to your individual specifications.

This includes:

• Made-to-order wedding bands

• Engraved pieces

• Custom-made jewellery

• Pieces made in special sizes outside our standard size range

Pieces from our regular collection ordered in one of the standard sizes available in our online shop remain eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal.

For personalised and custom-made pieces, production begins once your order has been confirmed. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
