We are a small atelier with a small stock. If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver.

In this case, we will inform you immediately and immediately refund any consideration already received. 

Please let us know any special size/material not available at the web at hola@emeom.com and we will have it ready for you in 4 weeks.

We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post with standard shipping option. It usually takes from one to two weeks to deliver within the EU. If you need another kind of shipping please write to hola@emeom.com

​EME OM accepts returns within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Please let us know the reasons via email to hola@emeom.com.

The item must be in the same condition as purchased, and you are responsible for all shipping costs.

We do not accept returns for refunds. 

Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable.
